Reiki - A Japanese "Healing" art that courtesy of Dr Mikao Usui has changed a lot of peoples lives in the "West". I know some may view it as tree hugging hippy nonsense, as i would have done had i not had first hand experience of it healing my back! Shiatsu - A Chinese "healing" system that is based on the body's meridians ( energy lines). the orctitioner uses accu-pressure rather than accu-punture! Have a look at the Rosewell Shiatsu website link which has a complete explanation.
